"Clean room nice staff good breakfast"

"Room is clean and spacious. Staff are great. To avail for airport shuttle, staff assisted in purchasing ticket for 5euro. Hotel is far from the city centre, but train ride and bus ride from the airport is ver easy and fast. Bus schedule times maybe a little bit delayed sometimes (5mins the most). Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Amsterdam is a great city to visit, people are friendly, so many nice places to see. Food culture is alao great. Will definitely visit amsterdam again."

"It’s quite a way out from the centre but the tram stop is very close and easy to use to get in. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but we found the staff to be very helpful. The room and public areas were all very clean. There were some rowdy guests on our last night (A Saturday) but the staff were very quick to deal with them firmly. Would recommend for a value stay in Amsterdam."

"The low quality of this hotel doesn't match the price point even for Amsterdam. The bathrooms are so poorly designed that the light doesn't shine in the sink/mirror area, the shower has no enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet, there is no towel hook, no hand soap was provided. We only stayed 2 nights and the replaced the 2 towels provided initially but not the 3rd we had requested, and they did not make the bed. There is a little table and coat hooks but nowhere to put the clothes away. I'd not stay here again"

"Light of the bathroom isn’t enough for shaving or making up. During one of nights bathroom had strong bad odor. The hotel and room conditions are so so, however the hotel charges premium fees. The front desk were very helpful and friendly."

"Very nice stay. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Location was excellent. The one thing I would change is the options from the restaurant. We only had drinks so I can’t say anything about the quality….only the options available. We ate offsite."
